The Luxurious Fairmont Winnipeg Hotel

Did you know your choice of hotel for the CSCC Annual Conference has a direct impact on the association? In order to secure sufficient meeting space for the conference we must guarantee a minimum number of bedroom bookings by our delegates. We understand that making your reservations outside of the CSCC block can sometimes be more economical. Yet, it may cause the association to have to pay a penalty for unbooked rooms within the contracted room block, which over time will result in higher conference registration fees. Please assist the CSCC by making your hotel reservation in the official conference block at the Conference Venue choice.

Reservations:

A block of rooms has been set aside at the Fairmont Winnipeg hotel at the conference rate of  $208/night; Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $30/night.  To receive the special conference rate, indicate “CCMG CSCC 2020 Joint Conference” when making your reservations.  All registrants are required to make their own accommodations directly with the hotel.

Fairmont Guestrooms $208/night single/double occupancy; additional rates for upgraded room types.

**$30/Night for each additional person sharing a room over double occupancy.
